PAXI – Do PAXI Online

What PAXI needed:

PAXI’s goal was to drive adoption of their brand new PAXI Portal, which allowed users to pre-register parcels online and save time. Despite the platform’s convenience, early sign-ups were slow, largely due to barriers in language and positioning.

How we made it happen:

We simplified the language and rebranded the PAXI portal with the user-friendly phrase: “Do PAXI Online”. This messaging was clear and impactful, allowing people everywhere to understand what the PAXI Portal was all about. We built trust by featuring authentic testimonials of small businesses using PAXI and strengthened our call to action by changing it from “Do PAXI Online” to “Do PAXI Online just like our PAXI People”, bringing the message closer to home for the everyday user.

Additionally, we introduced an exciting incentive: every new sign-up and parcel sent via the PAXI Portal was a chance to WIN a share of R50 000. The campaign was a huge success, generating over 19 million impressions and 6 million views. The PAXI Portal saw a surge in sign-ups, with hundreds of new users using the platform to pre-register their parcels and save time.
